Terms

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $50 deposit per machine per day is required to make a reservation. 7 day cancellation notice required for a refund of deposit. If cancellation occurs within 7 days, the full deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full price of the rental. There are no refunds for pre-season passes.

Damage Policy:

We charge retail on all parts and equipment in the event of damage. We reserve the right to charge for damages that are not discovered right away. 

Motorized Vehicles Renter Age:

You must be at least 21 years old to operate motorized vehicles. Renter's must present a valid driver's license and credit card at the time of rental.
