ATTENTION RENTERS:

Please understand if a machine is wrecked or damaged and deemed undrivable your rental duration will be ended, and the full balance will be collected.

We do not provide replacement machines for wrecked or damaged equipment; if you would like your ride to continue you will be required to rent another machine based on availability.

Any machine damaged, wrecked and left in the backcountry will be assessed under a recovery fee between $300 and $1000. This fee is not covered by the insurance, and would be considered an additional fee.

We have zero tolerance for mud being thrown up into the vehicles covering the speakers, seatbelts etc.

Renters will be charged the full cost of helmet replacement if they’re returned soiled with mud and water.

Please expect an automatic $3,000 charge for any machine wrecked or rolled.

If a retrieval is needed, we will assess a retrieval fee on top of the $3,000 charge. The cost of damage and repairs are not up for debate.

We are not in control of the weather, we are in a volatile Rocky Mountain climate where things can change quickly, please come prepared for any type of weather. We do not reschedule or refund rental days based on weather.
